Terms of Service

By accessing or using Linkboo ("the Platform"), available at linkboo.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Linkboo is a social link curation and sharing platform operated by Emre Akışık ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Linkboo.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use most features of Linkboo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Linkboo is a platform for curating, sharing, and discovering valuable content. You agree not to use the Platform to:

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or share on Linkboo, including links, collections, reviews, ratings, and profile information ("User Content").

By submitting User Content to Linkboo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you post, including the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all links, reviews, and ratings.
• Linkboo does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or reliability of any external links shared by users. Clicking on links shared on the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
• You are liable for any legal consequences arising from the content you share, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, or distribution of harmful material.

Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the User Content you create and share on Linkboo. However, by posting content on the Platform, you grant Linkboo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform (e.g., displaying your collections on Discover/Trending pages, showcasing them in search results, or using them in promotional materials).

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not yet deleted it, or where reasonably needed for backup and archival purposes.

Our Content: All Linkboo branding, logos, design elements, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of Linkboo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content without prior written permission.

Linkboo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or is accessible on Linkboo in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a take-down notice to us.

Your notice should include the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location on Linkboo where the infringing content is available.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content and/or suspending or terminating the account of the repeat infringer.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
• Sharing spam, phishing, malware, or otherwise harmful content.
• Copyright infringement or repeated violations of intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Fraudulent activity, including fake reviews, ratings manipulation, or impersonation.
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, delete all of your User Content. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Platform.

In accordance with Turkish Law No. 5651 (Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Suppression of Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications), Linkboo is obligated to remove content reported as unlawful upon valid notification. Failure to comply with valid removal requests may result in administrative and legal consequences for the platform.

Linkboo provides privacy settings that allow you to designate your collections as "Public," "Private," or "Unlisted." While we design and maintain these features with care, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any external websites linked through the Platform.
• In no event shall Linkboo, its operator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Linkboo (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linkboo, its operator (Emre Akışık), and any affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content, including any claims by third parties that your content infringes their rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turkey.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at emreakisik0@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute in a timely manner, typically within 30 days of receiving your notification.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkboo regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
